Job Descriptions:

• Perform periodical experience monitoring effort on company experience, related to non-economic actuarial assumptions particularly for the majors Life Risk
• Conduct annual experience study
• Support related committee by providing useful and timely analysis and recommendation
• Improve existing monitoring process to provide a quicker turn around
• Perform other regular and ad-hoc experience related tasks
• Perform end-to-end experience study process include data reconciliation process and required report
• Provide support to the leader to ensure the data quality for the experience studies
• Collect and analyze data for assigned projects. Performs experience studies and provide the findings
• Supports the Actuarial team and other departments on an as needed basis.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a program in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or other numerate degree subject with strong academic
• Experience min 2-7 years in related field
• Have an exposure to working in an actuarial environment, have a very strong technical background, especially in life insurance industry
• Ability to analyse and apply creative problem-solving skills both independently and within a team
• Good collaboration and communication
