Responsibility:

• Maintain good relationship with Key Client to cater their ongoing needs and concerns.
• Arrange Regular Meeting and liaise with related parties to conduct Investment update to 20 biggest clients.
• Perform socialization of DPLK product to specific participant/client if necessary
• Perform Pension Campaign activities (e.g.: new product campaign) through socialization/ literacy in order to attract potential new business
• Perform socialization to update new regulation or internal process changes to alternate distribution channel (e.g: Bank Mandiri Branch)
• Follow up New Business Pipeline and provide action plan if needed
• Verify new clients documents and follow up incomplete and pending ones
• Prepare the DPLK agreements (e.g. inception, endorsement)

Qualification:    

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Min. 3 years experience in financial services industry (preferably from Pension Fund)
• Pension Fund Certification
• Knowledge of pension fund, labor law, investment, concept of retirement planning and tax
• Analytical thinking
• Customer Service
• Communication & presentation skill
• Interpersonal skill
