Job Descriptions:

• Strategize, implement, and maintain program related with Cloud Migration and Data related initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
• Be responsible for leading the Cloud Migration team, dedicated for migrating applications portfolio from on-premises to AWS Cloud
• Together with project team and partners, deliver Cloud Migration and Data initiatives on budget, time, quality, and by adhering to IT Governance Framework
• Oversee multiple project teams related with Cloud and Data, ensuring program goals are reached
• Challenge the status quo in order to optimize on how we deliver application to cloud and ensure applications delivered to cloud are equipped with automation to maximum possible extent
• Provide support to programs, activities, and communication channels, within the framework of Cloud Migration strategies, in order to effectively communicate the Cloud Migration vision, mission, and image among internal and external stakeholders
• Optimize our applications portfolio by re-platforming and re-architecting the solutions to be open source and cloud-native whenever possible to reduce infrastructure cost
• Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity

Requirements:

• Fluent in English is a mandatory, both written and verbal
• Good understanding in cloud provider technology (AWS), would be nice to have specific experience on cloud migration at enterprise scale
• Good understanding of data-related technologies, databases, SQL and industry-standard analytics tools (eg. Power BI, Quicksight)
• Proven track record in supporting development teams throughout all phases of systems development life cycle (design, development, testing, cutover, and go-live)
• Experience in managing partners including business owners, product teams, service managers, and contractors/vendors
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive alignment
• Strong communication skills as well as a natural propensity for public speaking and experience with leading C-level conversations
• Good understanding of cloud computing architectures (e.g. IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and their corresponding characteristics
• Good understanding of the industry and regulatory requirements
• Practical knowledge of modern application architectures including microservices, containers, APIs, and serverless technologies
• Practical knowledge of Infrastructure as Code technologies (e.g. Terraform, Cloud Formation, etc.)
• Practical knowledge in Agile/DevOps organizations and cultures
