Job Descriptions:

• Responsible to bridge the business strategy or business model (i.e. new product, new channel, new target market, etc) with the Operation functionality/activities
• Conduct analysis to determine target operating model and best path for solving business unit problem/ opportunities that may include process improvement & systems enhancement
• Reviewing, analyzing, & evaluating ideas/demand/ request/opportunities to develop new solution & technologies in Operation Team
• Participating in the planning and execution of projects that move ideas from Ideation to Incubation and proto-typing
• Ensure business operation governance is strongly managed, effective and efficiently, align with local regulatory and regional Master Process/Global Standard
• Develop and maintain Quality Management Control in Operation to ensure that operation services adheres to a defined set of quality criteria or meets the requirements of customer and stakeholder satisfaction
• To ensure the processes/activities applied within the organization are aligned with the process map and well documented in all process documentation 
• Develop and maintain operation technical competency management and optimize people capabilities in supporting company’s objective 
• Plan, perform and facilitating the assessment, trainings and regular review needed both internally and as a result of any external process review
• Manage the continuous action to identify technical development needed and assist the implementation and monitoring the agreed plan
• Assist and support company’s Risk Management implementation within Operation Dept. starting from Risk identification,  assessment, Control and monitoring within operation division
• Develop and maintain risk and development dashboard as the monitoring tools in Ops. Management level 
• Involve in operation strategy formulation process to recognize the best solution/ technology in a cost-effective way to fulfill the business needs
• Support the execution of projects and the IT project portfolios as they relate to the selection, development and installation of major information systems and/or technology
• Monitor the delivery of IT services through oversight of service level agreements with end user and monitoring of IT Systems performance. 
• Ensure the implementation of IT plans, policies (IT Security and Compliance) and the standards for the organization for acquiring, implementing and operating in IT aspects
• Monitoring vendor performance through coordination with respective function in Operations and Procurement
• Strategize and administrate the agreements of Operations vendor/project management
• Highlight business performance & deliver sufficient information to address existing issues and achievement in supporting business decisions
• Develop and maintain regular performance report as monitoring tools for operation development and improvements
• Optimize automation in processing the regular report while in parallel strengthening the analysis capability for comprehensive management view. Highlight potential or emerging issues to management to drive

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Technical, Management, Actuary, Medical, or any related education background
• 5 years experiencing in  Operations Core Business Functions, /Business Architecture/Analyst & Process Development  and/or Governance and/or Development Analyst or similar position
• Experiencing in Life Insurance Industry will be an advantage
• Having Professional Certification will be an advantage
• Wide view of the business and varying degrees of strategy, processes and capabilities, enabling  technologies, and governance
• Understand Insurance business comprehensively
• Good risk management and technical capability 
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skill
