Job Descriptions:

• Develop sourcing strategy related to IT, market benchmarking and bring initiative for IT and digital commodities with business partner/user/vendors
• Formulate strategy to generate cost saving and reduce company cost
• Contribute and support for the best procurement optimization for the company, including proactively provide the ideas for continuous improvement
• Lead buyer for IT projects and co-lead procurement office projects (IT related)

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree from any major, preference in IT
• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably has experience in IT procurement
• Strong ability in complex environment, strong sense of continues performance improvement & initiative
• Result oriented, good analytical
• Good English communication, written and verbal
• Preferences: experienced with IT procurement (software/hardware/system/outsourcing) and sufficient knowledge in IT project management
