Job Descriptions:

• Lead & execute various project/initiative, which are based on the framework of Business Process Management:
  • Process Reengineering: the radical redesign of core business processes to achieve dramatic improvements 
  • Continuous Improvement: incremental improvement as a gradual never-ending change
• Conduct process analysis to determine target operating model (future state) in order to have a lean process
• Responsible to monitor and validate the execution of the target operating model in order to achieve the improvement target
• Assist on business case creation of initiative or project in operation
• Assist on project portfolio report and monitoring from Operations 
• Involved in the project according to the role as Operational Excellence (refer to Project Governance RACI)
• Report and update project portfolio within AMFS
• Socialization/initiative update within operation team

Requirements:

• Min S1 degree with GPA 3.00
• Majoring in Management will be an advantage
• 3-5 years experiencing in Operational Excellence, Process Development, or similar position
• Having Professional Certificate will be an advantage
• Experiencing in Life Insurance Industry will be an advantage
