Responsibility:

• Delivered training activities based on roadmap training, roll out company initiative, running strategic development activity and ensure the passing grade of posttest according to expectation.
• Maintain good relationship with sales force, ASM, RSH to ensure all training activities align and support the business.
• Running varies training according to the roadmap training or corporate initiatives socialization and execute learning development activities in accordance with the needs of each region agreed with the RSH in the form of DNA to ensure FA's behavioral change. 
• Ensure Lead Activity is running.
• Running training and monitor the learning development progress of new and existing FA in respective region to achieve the PRCC target.
• Proposed regular reporting and monitoring regarding training activities in region to Manager of Regional Trainer in timely manner. 

Qualification: 

• Min Bachelor degree in any major.
• Has 2 years’ experience as trainer especially sales trainer in insurance or banking industry.
• Has good communication and presentation skill.
• Placement: Palembang, Banjarmasin, Surabaya

• Understand the health and protection product.
• Selling Skill.
• Analytical Thinking.
