Responsibility:

• Designs, develops, and maintains software solutions using industry best practices and standards. Works with vendors and assists with installation, configuration, integration, and customization of their system solution. 
• Writes, edits, and improves technical and software.
• Supervises outsource engineer, engages with other engineers and stakeholders to solve problem, give improvement and value added in development area. 
• Research and recommends new technologies.
• Product specifications and determines operational feasibility.
• Collaborate with external IT Vendor in the developing the system (if any).
• Ensures the necessary support and advice is provided in an effective manner, demonstrating a good technical understanding of identified applications. 
• Participate and ensure root cause analysis (RCA) activities on users impacting incidents are executed and action items are assigned and completed to make long-term solution. 
• Supports each other between peers and development best practices trade-offs. 
• Supports, mentor and develops other engineers in team. 
• Coordinates with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve system solution also leads outsource engineer on development activities and the work distributed between multiple developers. 
• Demonstrate AMFS Compliance Values by ensuring no violations against the letters and the spirit of AMFS's policies due to intentional conduct and/or negligence and participation in mandatory compliance trainings and certifications as per company determined programs. 
• Take responsibility for implementing AMFS Working Behavior and AXA Commitment through specific behaviors as set of principles believed to be the moral guide of conduct, act and decision making.

Qualification: 

• (Strata-1) from respectable Universities with major in Informatics, Electrical, Economic, Management, Technical. 
• Experience working for software product development. 
• Extensive experience in software development, scripting, and project management. 
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in systems engineering role. 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional web development. 

Knowledge Skill: 

• Knowledge of state of the art software development technology.
• Strong capability in application programming, experiences with other object-oriented languages are advantageous.
• Experience with SQL & RDBM systems.
• A solid understanding of how applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
• Experience in Source Code control management.
• Ability to work in matrix environment.
• Knowledge of DevOps, Agile Methodologies are.
