Job Descriptions:

Providing the demand management support of applications/system-related initiatives/demand for overall company
Aligning assigned demands from Business Users with company strategy and project portfolio
Managing all related parties (incl. business users, IT team, external party) in supporting end-to-end demand process to meet the timeline, cost, and quality
Building relationship with Business Manager and all stakeholder to improve the collaboration
Analyze the business needs, collaborate with Enterprise Architects, OPEX and IT team to provide the solution recommendations and document it in BRS/CR/SD
Standardize and improve the quality of providing solution process
Participate in the system design and system selection processes as voice of business user
Facilitate user to develop testing plan and testing document (testing scenario & script)
Facilitate testing process in accordance with the testing plan
Conduct post deployment monitoring in order to ensure the system/ application is running well
Responsible for managing, coaching and developing direct reports and/or assigned members, as well as ensuring other team members are receiving the support they require to achieve team and company goals and individual performance standards.

Requirements:

Min. bachelor’s degree from IT or related major
Min. 2 years experiencing in Business Solution/Business Analyst/IT Business Analyst or similar position
Having Business Analyst Professional Certificate will be an advantage
Experiencing in Life Insurance Industry will be an advantage
Good knowledge & skill of requirement gathering process (include documenting the business requirement)
Good leadership, interpersonal skill and teamwork
Good communication skill in Indonesian and English (written and verbal)
Strong analytical thinking
Business acumen
