The rapid development of the world of technology nowadays has resulted in ever increasing needs for data usage. So we need to continue innovating in order to improve your experience in transacting with us and also safeguard your personal data. We do this through, among others, tailor-made protection, simplification of relevant information, and effectiveness & efficiency of procedures. We are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Personal Data as a form of our commitment to respecting your privacy right with due observance of applicable statutory regulations.

I.   OUR COMMITMENT IN PROTECTING PERSONAL DATA

To ensure a good implementation, we have also adapted the rules regarding data management from the AXA Group Binding Corporate Rules which are recognized as international standard rules for the protection of personal information approved by the French Data Protection Supervisory Authority (CNIL) and 15 other European Union Data Protection Authorities.

In the framework of using personal data, we will implement appropriate preventive measures and security systems based on an assessment of the risks of data protection failure that may occur to protect and safeguard your personal data. We are committed that every collection and use of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the applicable statutory regulations. We also have procedures and agreements with employees, sales force, working partners, and other third parties that work in collaboration with us that are designed with due observance of personal data protection.

The customers entrust us with sensitive personal data, such as but not limited to, data and information on physical, mental health and medical services records, both at the beginning of applying for insurance or during the coverage period to provide products or services that are proper and appropriate to your needs.

In this case, we position ourselves as a custodian of your personal data. Therefore we will not provide, disclose or sell your personal data to any other parties without your consent. We will only provide or disclose your personal data to other parties if we believe there is more benefit to you and with your consent or if it is required by applicable statutory regulations.
