Responsibility:

  • Perform HNWI production daily monitoring, analyze and giving recommendation program to boost sales performance.
  • Monitor & assess the effectiveness of Mass Affluent & HNWI initiatives/programs (e.g., number of FA vs product closing, product mix strategy), by proactively liaise with related party also follow up as required.
  • Support the superior in term of budget monitoring and provide report operational plans vs expense to ensure the objectives of cost efficiency are achieved or exceeded. 
  • Work closely with Customer Experience team in the providing ideation on marketing campaigns, Seller’s contest & Customer Gathering concept based on business needs to improved productivity of Mass Affluent HNWI Dept.
  • Liaise with Marketing Team to ensure that all communications to sellers/Customers on contests, campaigns are done prior launch.
  • Perform regular tracking to support the campaign effectiveness.
  • Support in the developing HNWI Strategic Business Plan by prepare the material including projection calculation, detail implementation, and timeline monitoring. 
  • Support in the review process and follow up to related function (Product Development, Sales Academy, Event Management, Brand & Promotion, and customer Experience team) in terms of HNWI product launch & implementation.
  • Coordinate with related party (e.g., Sales Strategy Team Product Team, Operations, IT, 2nd Line of defense, Finance and other related Dept) to setup HNWI initiatives.
  • Prepare material or documentation as required to support the HNWI Initiatives.
  • Liaise with Sales Academy team to review HNWI products training material & delivery.
  • Demonstrate AMFS Compliance Values by ensuring no violations against the letters and the spirit of AMFS's policies due to intentional conduct and/or negligence and participation in mandatory compliance trainings and certifications as per company determined programs. As People Manager, monitors own team to ensure the required compliant behavior is upheld. 
  • Take responsibility for implementing AMFS Working and AXA Commitment through specific behaviors as set of principles believed to be the moral guide of conduct, act and decision making.

Qualification: 

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree from any major.
  • Min. 4 years working experience in insurance business or financial institution (private customer is preferable).
  • Demonstrate success in handling project initiative.
