Job Descriptions:

  • Work closely with business and functional leaders (director and head level) on Operation Department related human resource operations and manpower planning
  • Monitoring HR transactional activities, the documentation of recruitment process, manpower planning, mutation, and performance management in each function
  • Identify training needs for business unit and individual executive coaching needs based on AXA Leadership Framework and Personal Development Plan
  • Monitoring third party related HC activities (recruitment, contact status, payments)
  • Checking invoice payment for outsource employees against existing number of outsource in respective areas
  • Monitoring number of outsource employee to ensure within the budget approved
  • Ensure hiring plans within the MPP budget and timeline
  • Building relationship with hiring managers in business to identify hiring needs
  • Screen, schedule, and interview candidates, coordination with Talent Acquisition
  • Monitoring recruitment process for outsource employee and liaise with assign vendor to ensure the proper hiring process within timely agreed
  • Monitoring documentation for new joiner submitted in timely manner
  • Manage employee issue and monitor industrial relation issue within AMFS to minimize the possibility of industrial disputes  

Requirements:

  • Min. undergraduate degree in Psychology or any related education background
  • Min. 5 years of experience HR generalist
  • Strong technical competency in recruitment
  • Strong communication and presentation skill
  • Strategic orientation and demonstrated
