Job Descriptions:

• Review sales process, new initiative from compliance perspective, sales remuneration review, bancassurance agreement review from compliance perspective, etc). Perform onsite and offsite testing review to sales agents, using risk based methodology, data assessment, and direct interview
• Giving review and opinion related with new business process, policy owner services, claims, collections and etc
• Review and giving opinion on aspects related product development process based on compliance perspective, review document related with product submission to OJK, product agreement review from compliance perspective etc
• Investment: giving review and opinion related with investment for insurance business

Requirements:

• 3-5 year experience in handling Compliance for sales/product/investment/operation in life insurance industry
• Good communication skill in Indonesian and English (written and verbal)
• Having experience in managing Distribution compliance
• Having experience in product review, comprehend proses in life insurance Operations, comprehend government regulation related with sales and product for insurance industry
